TCR Vβ8 Antijeni

TCR Vβ8, TCRBV8S1 ve S2 olarak da adlandırılır. Vβ8, T hücre reseptörünün insan değişken β8 zinciridir. Normal kanda %2,6 ila %5,1 periferik CD3+ hücrelerle eksprese edilir. Vβ8 Stafilokokal Enterotoksin E (SEE) hedefidir. Bu sekansa TRBV12-3, TRBV12-4 olarak da atıfta bulunulur (IMGT gen isimlendirmesine göre).
 Klon: 56C5.2  İzotip: IgG2a Fare
56C5.2 antikoru, Vβ8.1 ve Vβ8.2’yi (YT35 ve PL3.3 sekansları) tanır. Diğer Vβ8 sekanslarının psödojenler olduğuna inanılmaktadır.
